I'm 54 years old, born in KINGDOM of HAWAI'I.
Now for the real stuff! Ha! like what is real stuff?
The only real anything is the this moment, right now, the NOW.
The past or future are nothing but baggage we start to carry that blocks the prestent.
The more you are in the memories of your past, good or bad, or in dreaming or planning
your future,
you are lost to the ever present. That moment that gives you true being.
That moment that brings substance into your life, into your existence.
Transform past memories into tools stored in a tool box.
Take a picture of the future and put it in your special album to be looked at as a guiding post.
As you live the prestent use the tools as needed to help with getting things done.
As we learn to use our tools properly as well as the photo album as guild we learn to live and
appreciate the moment more fully. From this our lives bloom into wonderious color.
